Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce our e-solutions
  • Explain the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Answer any questions or inquiries from potential customers
  • Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing clients
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
