
Biotech Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Biotech Operations Manager to oversee workforce management at our manufacturing facilities in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, statutory compliance, legal liaison, HR policy formulation, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to fulfill vacancies at manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure effective induction and integration of new employees into their respective functions.
- Maintain secure employee records at manufacturing facilities and oversee labor contractors.
- Liaise with statutory authorities under various statutes and track legal cases until effective resolution.
- Implement digitization of compliances and manage labor contractors and contract labor at manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes at manufacturing facilities and prepare all HR policies and processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the HR function during all regulatory audits and create, approve, and maintain all HR-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at plants.
- Degree in human resources with at least 12 to 15 years of experience, with at least 5-6 of those years spent leading the plant HR activities.
- Compliance Coordinator: Ensure statutory compliance across manufacturing facilities and offices, including tracking legal cases and digitizing compliances.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist: Strategically plan and structure manpower needs for manufacturing facilities, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to efficiently fulfill vacancies.
- Employee Relations Manager: Cultivate positive employee relations, handling grievances, and leading HR during regulatory audits, while ensuring effective policy implementation.
- HR Operations Coordinator: Maintain secure employee records at manufacturing facilities and oversee labor contractors, coordinating with legal experts when needed.
- Meticulous maintenance and updating of all employee records in Success Factors.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of all regulatory requirements from an HR point of view.
