Job Opportunity: Lead QA Audits and Manage Teams

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Manager to lead and manage a team of senior quality assurance analysts. This role requires strong analytical skills, domain expertise in insurance, and experience in team management.

The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance activities across key underwriting back-office processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of audit findings. They will also monitor team productivity, manage audit sampling volumes, and ensure timely completion of reviews and continuous capability development.
