About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Innovation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and strategy development.

  • Strategy Development: You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product and tool development strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and Architecture: Your expertise in designing and architecting products and tools will be instrumental in ensuring scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and security.
  • Assessment and Roadmaps: Conduct thorough assessments of current requirements, identify possible features, and create detailed roadmaps to drive business growth.
  • Technical Management: Provide guidance and direction to development teams in implementation, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Performance Optimization: Oversee performance optimization efforts, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of products through thorough testing and validation, including establishing testing frameworks and automation tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize analytics tools and metrics to track product usage, performance, and user behavior, deriving insights to optimize product strategies and drive business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Software Development: Strong experience in software development, design, and architecture.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and related frameworks.
  • AWS Certifications: AWS certification is desirable but not mandatory.
