Job Opportunity

Hiring a Recruitment Executive to connect employers with top-notch employees across geographic and regulatory boundaries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Posting and managing job ads on various platforms.
  2. Performing active candidate outreach via multiple channels.
  3. Developing screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments and video interviews.
  4. Reviewing job applications and marking assessments.
  5. Conducting background checks on candidates.
  6. Creating candidate shortlists for clients.
  7. Handling candidate communication and coordination.
  8. Building relationships with institutional partners and promoting employer brand awareness.
  9. Refining screening and assessment processes.
  10. Reporting on and managing recruitment performance.
  11. Creating SOPs for new and existing processes.
Requirements
