Admission Counsellor

This role involves supporting students through the entire admission process, from application to enrollment. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students and their parents through the complex process of choosing the right college or university.

Responsibilities:

  • Counselling: Provide expert guidance to students and parents on course options, colleges, and admission procedures.
  • Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential students and handle inbound calls from enquiries.
  • Admission Process Support: Assist students with form filling, document submission, and fee payment procedures.
  • Sales & Conversion: Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective telecalling and counselling.
  • Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, leads, and admissions in the system.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (B.Com, BA, BBA/BBM, BSc).
  • Minimum 0-1.5 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires regular office hours and may involve occasional evening or weekend work.
