Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and develop new customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1 year of B2C sales experience, preferably in Ed Tech, Education, or Software/SaaS.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
