Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding & offboarding procedures for a seamless employee lifecycle.
- Manage payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and utilize HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho) to enhance productivity.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and organize team events.
- Ensure timely and professional exit formalities are executed.
- Collaborate closely with management as a strategic HR partner while being approachable and responsive to employees' needs.
- Organize regular employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
- Strong organizational ability with a proven track record of timely delivery.
- Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) is preferred.
