Financial Operations Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Financial Operations Manager. As part of this position, you will oversee the management of inventory control and reconciliation across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across sales channels, ensuring accurate valuation and identification of discrepancies.
- Accounts & Financial Management: Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and ensure timely settlement of dues.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Buying, Operations, Retail, and Merchandising teams to ensure accurate reporting and streamline processes.
- Reporting & Controls: Prepare regular MIS reports on inventory positions, slow-moving stock, and shrinkage, and implement stronger financial and operational controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts (preferably semi qualified CA), with strong exposure to inventory control/reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Excel.
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance (GST, TDS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and work in a fast-paced environment.
