Medical Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Communications Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for medical science and writing.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality scientific materials such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and infographics. You will work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to create engaging content that meets their needs. Your expertise in scientific writing, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing client-ready scientific materials including slides, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
  • Liaising with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Collaborating with client directors to develop effective medical communications initiatives
  • Maintaining current awareness of developments across therapeutic areas or disciplines


Requirements:
  • PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication
  • Clear, concise, scientific style of writing with a high level of attention to detail and excellent language skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with clients
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different materials and target audiences
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office
