Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Innovator to join our team. As a key member of the BizGenie platform, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered features that enhance user experience, automate decisions, and personalize the platform at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement AI/ML Systems: Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve user engagement, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope and prioritize AI feature development, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and Maintain AI Microservices: Write clean, scalable Python code using FastAPI or Flask to build AI microservices, integrating them with the Laravel-based backend.
  • Optimize Performance and Monitor Metrics: Run experiments, optimize performance, and monitor quality metrics to ensure high-quality AI-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML or data science roles, with a strong track record of delivering successful AI projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers), as well as hands-on experience with vector similarity, embedding models, and ranking algorithms.
  • Expertise: Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.), deployment of AI models or services in production (Docker, cloud, CI/CD), and excellent communication and leadership skills.
