About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the development, deployment, and governance of AI and GenAI solutions. This involves hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational enablement to drive adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI and GenAI systems.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI and GenAI tools and technologies to support business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing data strategies to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on AI and GenAI-related matters.

This role emphasizes a strong understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and GenAI development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Excellent programming skills, particularly in Python and Java.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
