Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Solutions Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Python, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API development (FastAPI/OpenAPI), RAG pipelines, vector search embeddings, and cloud-based deployments (especially on Azure). Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Copilot Studio is essential.

You will play a pivotal role in building and deploying intelligent systems, copilots, and autonomous agents that integrate with enterprise platforms and enhance productivity using state-of-the-art GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI adhering to OpenAPI standards.
  • Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.
  • Develop advanced Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize LLM outputs.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
  • Create and orchestrate Agentic AI systems (Copilots, A2A architectures, Memory-Cognition-Planning agents) for enterprise use cases.
  • Integrate and deploy AI capabilities using frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
  • Leverage Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI services for scalable, secure, and compliant AI deployments.
  • Implement embedding-based vector search with tools like FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, or Azure Cognitive Search.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product managers, and cloud architects to deliver AI-powered solutions.
  • Build evaluation pipelines for LLM-based systems using both manual and automated tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, especially for backend and AI/ML applications.
  • 3+ years of experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or other Python web frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of OpenAPI specification and Swagger documentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture, including vector store integration and context injection.
  • Proficient in embedding generation, semantic search, and working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
  • Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI paradigms (like Multi-Agent Systems, Autonomous Agents, Copilots).
  • Expertise in deploying solutions on Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Functions, and AKS.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, building plugins/connectors, or integrating LLMs with enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native AI deployment, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
