We are seeking a skilled QA professional with hands-on experience in automation for web applications to join our team.

Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation, functional testing, and experience in implementing CI/CD-based automation frameworks.

About the Role:

This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases using ACCELQ for web applications. You will execute automated and manual tests to ensure application quality across functional, regression, and integration levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test cases using ACCELQ for web applications.
  • Execute automated and manual tests to ensure application quality.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
  • Maintain test scripts, debug failures, and ensure high reusability and maintainability.
  • Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide test coverage reports, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Ensure automation best practices and contribute to QA strategy for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ACCELQ Web (Cloud) for automation.
  • Solid knowledge of automation frameworks and test design principles.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD environments.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to automate using ACCELQ (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to cloud environments.
  • Experience in banking/insurance/financial domains (if relevant to your projects).
