Senior Operations Manager for DevOps and Support

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our DevOps and Support teams. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence for our clients.

  • Manage the operations team responsible for Support, DevOps, and System Monitoring for Openlink Endur/Findur implementations.
  • Oversee incident management, system health checks, and performance tuning to ensure uninterrupted client operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams and clients to align operational strategies with business goals and SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation where feasible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop team members through structured training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Manage resource planning, hiring, and talent pipeline development to support current and future project needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT consulting, support, or operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead operations capacity.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur/Findur (v14 or higher preferred).
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and system integration points.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
