This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires the ability to engage, inform, and entertain diverse audiences.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Hosting Events:

   • Serve as the official host for various events, conferences, workshops, seminars, cultural functions, sports events, and other programs.
   • Deliver live commentary and maintain audience engagement.
   • Introduce speakers, dignitaries, and guests, ensuring smooth transitions.
   • Conduct interviews, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions when required.

2. Audience Engagement:

   • Engage with the audience through interactive elements, ice-breakers, and informative segments.
   • Maintain an energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor.
   • Ensure all event timings are adhered to and manage transitions between segments.

3. Content Preparation:

   • Work closely with the event team to understand the theme, objectives, and content of the event.
   • Prepare scripts, speeches, and presentations in alignment with the event's tone and message.
   • Research relevant topics and information to provide accurate and engaging content.

4. Coordination with Organizers and Teams:

   • Collaborate with event coordinators, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
   • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the flow of the event.

5. Brand Representation:

   • Represent the organization in a positive, professional, and articulate manner during public interactions.
   • Ensure consistent communication of the organization's vision, values, and messages during all events.

6. Required Skills and Qualifications:

   • Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
   • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an anchor, host, or presenter in a professional setting.
   • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi is a plus).
