Lead RoR Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails developer to lead our team of experts in crafting high-quality software solutions.

About the Role
  • This full-time position requires an experienced leader with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining complex Ruby on Rails applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and guiding project implementations from conception to delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Ruby on Rails development: Proficient in designing, building, and deploying scalable web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
  2. JavaScript and front-end development: Experienced in writing JavaScript code, including knowledge of popular frameworks like JQuery and ReactJS.
  3. HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap: Skilled in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  4. Rails framework: Strong understanding of Active Record, Active Support, Mongoid, Device, OmniAuth, and RubyMotion.
  5. Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
