Key Engineer for Advanced Communication Systems

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge long-range and satellite communication systems for aerospace applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of advanced communication architectures for UAS, integrating payloads, antennas, and ground control stations.
  • Define system requirements and specifications, ensuring seamless integration and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex RF/data link issues and optimize system performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in communication system design and development, with a strong background in RF engineering and data links.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded systems, protocols, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in defense/aerospace industries, familiarity with military/commercial communication standards, and expertise in SDR technology.
