About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Core Banking Testing Manager to lead our testing efforts for Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementation projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a strong background in IT testing, specifically in core banking and large-scale testing programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
  • Lead testing teams across different test phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate business requirements and system design.
  • Ensure effective defect management, root cause analysis, and closure within agreed timelines.
  • Provide test progress reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Maintain adherence to SDLC, QA processes, compliance standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 12+ years of experience in IT Testing, including at least 6–8 years in core banking testing projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x – 14.x).
  • Hands-on experience in test strategy design, effort estimation, resource planning, and test execution.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and General Ledger.
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processing (advantageous for integration testing).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar) for functional and performance testing.
  • Experience in digital core transformation projects will be an added advantage.
