About the Role:

The Portfolio Oversight Specialist will be responsible for the governance and oversight of all daily reconciliation activities.

This includes interaction with AB Sales and Portfolio Management teams, Auditors and Custodian banks.

The successful candidate will be able to manage Investment management operations and communicate effectively with various internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring and evidencing of oversight controls related to reconciliation.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participation in various firm initiatives and working groups.
  • Participation in internal/external audit best practice discussions.
  • Managing vendor relationships and building service delivery benchmarks.
  • Leading automations and efficiency projects.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or another relevant discipline is required.

Experience in business operations, working with a team, and meeting time-sensitive deadlines is also necessary.

They possess excellent analytical skills, financial skills, technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Knowledge of strategic outsourcing relationships is preferred.
