Key Position: Senior Architect

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with experience in constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD.

This professional should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and effectively communicate with necessary stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

This individual should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of projects.
  • Utilize expertise in engineering, math, science and materials to create high-quality finished products.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in architecture.
  • Language – English (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in Residential projects.
