Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive cross-functional execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

This role involves coordinating high-priority initiatives end-to-end, aligning goals, owners, timelines, and handoffs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

  • Maintain and manage issue logs, tracking dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues to closure.
  • Operate OKRs: facilitate drafting, alignment, sign-offs, mid-cycle checks, and end-cycle scoring.
  • Publish executive dashboards with real-time data, highlighting key performance indicators and initiative health.
  • Stand up lightweight PMO governance: develop templates, stage gates, and SOPs that accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy/PMO/Program Management, with 4+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • A proven record of coordinating product, tech, finance, sales, and compliance to deliver on time.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives.
  • Fluency with Project Management and Business Intelligence tools, comfortable with Agile/Waterfall hybrids.
  • Leadership competencies, including influence without authority, calm escalation, and rapid unblock.
