Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations and workflow within the business group, ensuring timely completion of process deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a solid functional understanding of the business, as well as strong knowledge of products related to Settlement/Corporate Action/Trade Processing. Experience in working with Intellimatch is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and workflow within the business group
  • Ensure timely completion of process deliverables
  • Identify missing balances, trail balances, proof differences, and resolve all variances in a timely manner
  • Perform a range of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across all business lines
  • Investigate any open breaks and work with the business team and external parties for resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in reconciliation background in investment banking domain and/or prior related industry
  • Hands-on experience of reconciliations applications like Intellimatch

Working Conditions:

  • Must be based in Chennai/Mumbai and prepared to travel if required
  • Must be prepared to work in any shift supporting business requirements
