Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented US Financial Clerk to provide high-quality bookkeeping services to US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, excellent time management skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a US Financial Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing monthly financials, reconciling accounts, and communicating with clients to ensure timely delivery of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records for various client companies using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare, print, and send out monthly financial statements to clients in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their financial records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks, preferably with both desktop and online versions.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and accounting principles.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with US-based accounting.
