Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) professional to maintain, support and enhance EDI operations in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless EDI processes for daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inbound and outbound EDI transaction issues.
  • Analyze and rectify data discrepancies and system integration problems.
  • Provide round-the-clock production support including incident, change and problem management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients and technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Guarantee compliance with healthcare EDI standards and regulations.
  • Support upgrades, configuration changes and enhancements in EDI systems.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with EDI tools such as EZcap.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI transactions (834, 835, 837, 277, 278).
  • Proficiency in Sterling Integrator or EDIFECS tools.
  • Familiarity with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML).
  • Good exposure to production support procedures and incident management tools.
