We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workday Business Analyst.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong business analyst skills combined with Workday functional expertise, who can effectively understand complex business processes and translate them into effective Workday configurations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and product management teams to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business requirements into Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Configuring and maintaining Workday modules as per business requirements.
  • Preparing functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of Workday configurations and supporting change management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or functional consultant, with at least 2-3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
