As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a central role in maintaining brand alignment across platforms, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales growth.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure an engaging and consistent brand image online.
  • Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and ensuring queries are resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store & Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors.
  • Data Management: Manage data related to vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory.
  • Product Merchandising: Collaborate on product presentation and assortment planning.
  • CRM & Customer Experience: Manage direct customer interactions and resolve queries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and WhatsApp.
