About Information Security at PhonePe:
PhonePe is a leading digital payments company with 50 crore registered users and 3.7 crore merchants. We are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team and oversee the implementation of information security controls across the organization.
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain up-to-date risk registers to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the development and maintenance of secure software and systems.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure compliance with information security requirements.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure prompt response to security incidents.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in information security, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
