- Cost Management and Optimization:
- Develop and monitor annual budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze costs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-15 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and cost audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
