We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong connections with doctors, medical stores, and other healthcare professionals in Rajasthan for lead generation
• Work independently to achieve targets and meet performance expectations
• Demonstrate strong English communication skills and a proven track record with verified documents

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of 20,000 INR per month + 5,000 INR travel allowance (reimbursed for other cities in Rajasthan)
• Monday to Saturday working schedule
• 1+ year experience in OTC sales required
• Strong English communication skills, ability to work independently, and a proven track record with verified documents
• Incentives: Earn 2-4% of profits for exceeding targets

Benefits and Perks:

• Full salary paid for 80% target achievement, lesser performance affects travel allowance and salary
• Probation period: 3 months, monthly target: 80,000 INR during probation
