Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in OTC sales to represent our pharmaceutical products in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads among doctors, medical stores, and healthcare professionals in Rajasthan.
• BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in OTC sales.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Proven track record with verified documents (BGV required).

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of ₹20,000 per month, plus ₹5,000 travel allowance for Jaipur and other cities in Rajasthan.
• A probation period of 3 months, with a target achievement rate of 80% during this time.
• Incentives: Earn 2-4% of profits for exceeding targets.
• Full salary paid for 80% target achievement, with lesser performance affecting travel allowance and salary.
