Job Overview:

The position of a Strategic Learning Manager entails overseeing the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and being responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and training trainers on the LMS tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all activities on the LMS
  • Manage LMS user accounts and permissions
  • Train trainers on the LMS tool
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS
  • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content
  • Create and manage learning dashboards

Content Development Requirements:

  • Prepare and curate SOPs for each department
  • Manage and update training content repository
  • Manage the creation of e-learning modules through external vendors
  • Create bite-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR
  • Hospitality experience is an added advantage
  • Fluent in English language

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with PPT, WORD, EXCEL
  • Experience in using Canva and video making software
  • Flair for content writing and development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills
  • Vendor management and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
