Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

  • Manage and oversee the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Associate will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Partners' Books Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
