Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual branding efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in visualization, concepting, and craft across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts and designs for social media, web, ads, emails, and brand systems.
  • Create platform-ready assets, including static graphics, carousels, reels covers, display ads, landing pages, email headers, website hero banners, and content hubs.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, media, and development teams to deliver high-quality files and prepare exports/specs for various platforms.
  • Analyze creative testing and analytics to refine designs and improve performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Requirements:
  • 5-8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced brand environment, with a robust digital portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (layouts, components, auto-layout).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, as well as strong composition and iconography/illustration skills.
  • Familiarity with platform specs (sizes, safe areas, file weights) and exporting/optimization best practices for web and email.
  • Able to concept quickly from minimal briefs, present work clearly, and justify decisions based on brand and performance goals.

Nice-to-Haves: Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects) and simple micro-animations for social media and ads.
