Visual Creative Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Visual Creative Specialist to enhance our visual brand presence.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have exceptional creative vision, strong portfolio skills, and experience working with various design platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design impactful visuals for digital and print platforms that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver consistent visual assets.
  • Present creative concepts, justify choices, and adapt based on feedback.
  • Ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
