Job Title: Data Analyst - Business Insights

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to provide expert-level support to our business units in managing master data objects. This includes offering guidance, training, and hands-on assistance to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and training to business users on master data standards and processes.
  • Deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure correct usage and maintenance of master data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and verify data inputs.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA / M.Sc-IT/CS
  • Experience: 4-8 years
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of master data domains and governance principles.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.

  • SLA compliance rate for master data tasks.
  • Accuracy and completeness of master data entries.
  • Number of training sessions conducted and user satisfaction scores.
