Job Title: Senior Manager – Oracle ERP/EPM

  • Foster a culture of learning and collaboration by providing mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers.
  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Align with US leadership on strategic direction, resource planning, and workforce planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
  • Ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
