Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant – Hybrid

If you're an Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant with expertise in Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and you want to work alongside sharp, motivated teammates, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and/or ARCS solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Partner with client finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
• Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates to recommend and implement new capabilities that enhance client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
• Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through business and system design.
