We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our testing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior QA role.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute thorough testing plans to ensure high-quality software products
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing effort
  • Maintain and update test scripts to reflect changes in software functionality
  • Identify and report defects to the development team for prompt resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
Experience:
  • 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role
Certifications:
  • ISTQB certification or similar QA/Testing certifications
