Job Overview

The role of a Project Engineer Trainee involves supporting experienced project managers in planning, executing, and delivering engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in project initiation, defining objectives, and creating project plans
  • Maintaining accurate project records, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Coordinating project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, and facilitating team work
  • Implementing quality control measures through regular inspections, identifying quality issues, and proposing corrective actions
  • Supporting the project manager in tracking project expenditures, monitoring project schedules, and identifying potential risks or delays
Requirements:
  • Academic Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably with a specialization in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices relevant to the industry
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and make informed decisions
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: A flexible approach, adaptability to changing circumstances, and the ability to work well within teams
