Job Description

- Assisting Project Managers: As a Project Engineer Trainee, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various engineering projects. This includes assisting in project initiation, defining objectives, creating project plans, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports. Ensuring proper documentation is vital for project monitoring, progress tracking, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinating Project Teams: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as designers, engineers, and technicians, will be a key aspect of your role. You will assist in coordinating project-related tasks, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating team collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining high-quality standards is crucial in the engineering industry. You will assist in implementing quality control measures by conducting regular inspections, identifying quality issues, and proposing corrective actions, contributing to overall project success.
- Cost and Time Management: Efficiently managing project timelines, budgets, and resources is essential. You will support the Project Manager in tracking project expenditures, monitoring project schedules, and identifying potential risks or delays. Additionally, you will aid in implementing improvements to optimize project efficiency.

Requirements:

- Academic Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably with a specialization in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles and practices relevant to the industry is necessary. Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Proficiency in English is required.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and make informed decisions is crucial for this role. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are beneficial.
