Test Automation Lead

This is a high-level QA role that involves developing and leading test strategies, automation, and performance testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, Postman, and strong knowledge of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy Development: Develop and lead test strategies, automation, and performance testing efforts to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor engineers and champion best practices in QA to drive excellence across the team.
  • Automation Expertise: Drive UI automation with Cypress & TypeScript, API testing with Postman, and performance testing with K6 to streamline testing processes.
  • Accessibility and Integration: Promote accessibility standards (Wave, AudioEye) and CI/CD test integration to ensure seamless testing workflows.
  • AI-First Testing: Implement AI-first testing approaches to reduce reliance on manual test scripts and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in test automation is required for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, Postman, and strong knowledge of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
