AI Researcher

We are seeking a skilled AI researcher to industrialize cutting-edge algorithms for the next generation of innovative products and services.

  • As an AI researcher, you will design, develop, and refine generative models that form the core of our AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in generative AI practices, with the ability to implement models that can synthesize novel content, ranging from text and images to complex data patterns.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing generative models using techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models like Transformer-based networks.
  • Fine-tuning models to improve performance and scalability.
  • Implementing multimodal models and foundation models for sophisticated AI applications.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into automotive products.
  • Developing and maintaining software development processes in the automotive environment.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
  • Deep knowledge of generative AI techniques and fine-tuning methods.
  • Experience with RAG architecture and transformer architectures.
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Business fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
