The Night Auditor/Manager position entails overseeing overnight front desk and accounting tasks to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and efficiently during late-night hours.
- Handle reservations, amenities, and VIP services with professionalism.
- Process charges, invoices, and cash accurately.
- Monitor key financial metrics and prepare daily reports for management.
- Verify end-of-day tasks, communicate with departments, and secure guest valuables.
- Audit and reconcile daily financial accounts.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3+ years of managerial-level front desk experience.
- Strong mathematical and accounting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
