Job Opportunity

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for performing day-to-day compliance tasks, including administrative support, basic accounting work, and statutory form filings. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.) is essential.
  • Assistance in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Maintenance of company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Drafting of simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance timelines are met for clients.
  • Coordination with clients for information collection and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
