Job Description

This role involves building and shipping mobile AR features that enhance the user experience. As a Freelance AR Developer, you will utilize your skills in Unity and OpenCV to create engaging augmented reality interactions.

The solution aims to make VR training accessible from multiple devices by addressing limitations in traditional VR training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing mobile AR features using Unity.
  • Integrating OpenCV for enhanced augmented reality experiences.
  • Optimizing for real-time performance across iOS/Android platforms.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AR development with Unity (AR Foundation 4/5).
  • Proven expertise in object tracking and OpenCV integration.
  • Strong skills in profiling and optimization on mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Git and CI basics, modular code, and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have skills include:

  • Experience with Shader Graph/HLSL for lightweight VFX/occlusion tricks.
  • Shipping products to the App Store/Play and automated build/test processes.
