To excel in this role, you'll need:
- At least 4 years of experience in mobile test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, or Java.
- Strong experience in building test automation frameworks using Selenium and Appium or similar test automation tools.
- Experience in leading and executing end-to-end test automation setups across multiple complex projects.
- Expertise in mentoring and guiding automation engineers in coding standards, test strategies, and tool usage.
- Experience in conducting thorough code reviews and providing actionable feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
- Proven ability to estimate automation efforts, resource allocation, and testing timelines accurately.
- Advocacy for automation best practices and quality-first mindset across teams and departments.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile Methodology.
- MEDICAL PRODUCT TESTING IS PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY.
