Turbomachinery Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Turbomachinery Engineer to join our team.

  • Design, develop, test and verify new detection agents based on specific failure modes and criticalities.
  • Develop remote diagnostic monitoring activity to minimize risk to equipment degradation or downtime.
  • Create customer reporting ticketing activity to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain the remote services platform connection and establish data collection opportunities.
  • Own local research and development activities agreed by global RDS via product development process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation and Controls (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in turbomachinery.
  • Experience in multiple engineering environments including design, controls, assembly and test, installation commissioning, performance engineering, support engineering and technical helpdesk.
  • Customer-focused leadership, trouble shooting, problem solving and analytical skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Appreciation of international customer base cultural diversity and ability to communicate in more than one language.
  • Strong lobbying negotiation skills and project management expertise.
