Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop skills in MarTech tools used for customer engagement and integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Conduct data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Perform data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective team player with collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
