Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role involves identifying and advancing opportunities for growth through strategic partnerships and international trade.

About the Job

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in uncovering high-potential opportunities, translating data into scalable growth initiatives, and evaluating strategic partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute international growth strategies for the import/export of snacks, foods, and powdered products across global markets.

Responsibilities
  • Map, segment, and prioritize the 3rd party distributor landscape globally
  • Support negotiations of commercial terms with imports/exports distributors
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify whitespace opportunities and make business development recommendations
  • Support the development of business cases for new import/export initiatives, including size of prize modeling, investment requirements, and local market sell-in materials
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in commercial/sales roles with distributor partnership negotiations
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly and develop analytical frameworks
  • Strong data & analytics skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $106,400 - $178,100
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
